Closed 2 weeks late. Most documents sat in limbo. Communication from underwriting, the loan coordinator and anyone in between was terrible. No updates unless we reached out to them. It took weeks for documents to show up because both seller and buyer agents and our loan team were not in constant communication until after the closing date. This process costs me thousands of dollars while I had to afford temporary living because of the very late closing date. This was the worst home buying experience I've ever had.

I want to start by thanking Garrick Stoker, who was instrumental in getting my pre-approval and was always patient and helpful in running numbers whenever I asked. I also want to thank Scott for his consistent guidance throughout the process. A huge thank you to Bailey and Nicole as well—the team communicated so well and handled the transition of my documents seamlessly. Everyone was incredibly helpful, walked me through my Closing Disclosure clearly, and made the funding process a breeze. Their professionalism made my home-buying process much less stressful. I highly recommend them!
