Everybody I talked to was kind and amazing to speak to! They made sure I understood everything happening the whole way, and answered every question my husband and I had.
Everything surrounding my home purchase was made so much easier, quicker and with much less stress through Veterans United. I attempted going elsewhere for my VA loan at first and it was an absolute nightmare of miscommunication, processing delays, wasted time and losing out on the purchase of a home I really wanted. After switching to Veterans United, it was the complete opposite! My team, Marlon/Brenda/William and the RE agent they referred me to-Jennifer, were the absolute BEST! They constantly kept me updated by email, phone and text. I never had to wonder what was going on with my loan between the team and the VU app/website, which is another great aspect of using VU for my VA loan. Everything is right there-what step you're on, what remains, things to do, documents needed - it was a huge relief to me to know exactly what was going on any time I signed on.
