I can’t say enough good things about the whole team that helped me here!!!

Nick Gemming and Johnna Dunlap were the worst lenders I’ve ever seen made this whole process unbearable. Between the lack of communication (Johnna), lack of professionalism (Nick) and lack of job understanding. My major complaint is they waited until the week before my closing to do a 2year rental history, problem was both of my old complex had been sold off to different management. It too almost a weekend and a half for both apartments to send a zero balance. Then Nick was upset that I didn’t know an apartment I lived in two years ago sold management. I plan on reporting them both. Nick also said he was dealing with too many files at once, almost as to excuse his act.

Jon, Jason, Kyle and the entire team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made the process so straight forward and helped me throughout the journey from getting pre-approved for my home loan to supporting me to the closing day finish line!I got a very competitive interest rate that really helped me stay on budget, I cannot recommend Veterans United enough!

This was an overall good experience. Bumpy start as my original Loan Officer was not familiar with Texas Loans and the Veterans United Loan Board (VLB) and the reduced rate, especially for Disabled Veterans, but once the Loan was reassigned to a Texas Veterans familiar with the VLB, things moved very fast.

Highly Recommend!

Cole Abram’s professionalism and expertise is outstanding. He made sure that I was taken care of. He kept in touch with me the whole time so I’m aware of very detail during my first home buying process.

Jhonny is great! All the new processes automated systems, HORIBLE. the multitude of steps and un clearness in the process, was not pleasant. Compared to past loans with Veterans United and IRRL The process in this one was not pleasant. Employees was great. Ty

Everything worked out well, it was just a little bit annoying that the app would not accept PDF documents and would only accept pictures. Also when they kept asking for documents and explanations about my wife's income about pay gaps. We had already talked and explained that we had transferred from coast to coast, so we never understood why there was such a big deal about her civilian work transition. Other than that it was great, Steph was checking up on us every few weeks as well as Marina.

Our experience with Veterans United was incredibly seamless from start to finish. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question quickly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel organized and manageable. We’re so grateful for how smoothly everything came together during our home buying journey

Very easy and very responsive team. Great experience for first time home buyers

Me team was great!!!! Everything from paperwork to talking on the phone for reassurance!!!

To be quite honest, I was totally blown away by the team that worked my project. I had a bad experience with the original real estate agent, and that was quickly resolved, without question. From the moment I was assigned to Samantha all the negative feelings evaporated. She was absolutely brilliant in what she did. She guided me through the process without complaint, giving me enough information to soothe the savage beast within me, and she answered my questions with professional competence, fully and without exasperation, even when my own questioning got a bit sideways. At not time, at all, did I ever wonder about the team. Not one moment, which for me, is unusual. I give them and the entire VU organisation my highest marks!

Everything with Zack was explained thoroughly no surprises. Answered any/every question whenever I asked was truly a pleasure.

5 stars. Austin and the entire Homefront/Veterans United team were outstanding throughout our home purchase. From the beginning, communication was clear, responsive, and professional, and we always knew what was needed and where we stood in the process. What impressed me most was how the team handled the challenges that came up right at the finish line. When an unexpected underwriting requirement threatened to delay our closing, Austin stayed engaged, communicated with us directly, and worked with the rest of the team to get everything reviewed and moving again as quickly as possible. We never felt like we were left trying to figure things out on our own.Buying a home is stressful enough, and using a VA loan can add another layer to the process. Austin and the Homefront team made it significantly easier. They were knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and genuinely seemed invested in getting my family into our new home.As a veteran, I especially appreciated working with a team that understood the VA loan process and followed through when it mattered most. I would absolutely recommend Austin and the team to another veteran or military family buying a home.

Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but the entire team at Veterans United made the experience feel easy and supported from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, and the additional resources and guidance they provided truly helped take so much of the stress off our shoulders. We’re incredibly thankful to everyone involved for helping our family through such an important milestone.

Second time using this lender. Completely satisfied both times. The team helped me through the process from start to finish.
