Everything worked out well, it was just a little bit annoying that the app would not accept PDF documents and would only accept pictures. Also when they kept asking for documents and explanations about my wife's income about pay gaps. We had already talked and explained that we had transferred from coast to coast, so we never understood why there was such a big deal about her civilian work transition. Other than that it was great, Steph was checking up on us every few weeks as well as Marina.

Jon and his team were great! They kept me updated throughout the process and explained every step along the way. There was some confusion towards closing but the team was able to iron out the issues and we were able to close!
