Not much communication, speaking with disrespectful tones. Without Realtor Miss Stephanie we as buyers would've been lost without her during this process. The process wasn't very timely when it involved loan personal, lack of communication.
Yes, I would definitely recommend the team I had to help me maneuverer through the homebuying process. If I had to do it over again, I would want the same team. And Jeremy, was phenomenal, kind, understanding and I felt so confident throughout each phase of the loan. I didn't know about VU, but from this point on I will recommend all I encounter who wants to buy a home to VU.
