We had a great home buying experience with Veterans United. David Phillips and the rest of the team continually checked in with updates and on our needs. My experience with USAA and getting home owners insurance was not the same. It was a complete nightmare with 3 different quotes all going up in price and all with the same policy number. It makes no sense that the 2 companies could not work together seems there both here to serve veterans. Veterans United is outstanding and I will recommend David and the team to all my fellow veterans

If we could give Aimee and Kat a score of 20 instead of 10 we would in a heartbeat. They cheerfully walked us through all of the steps needed to refinance our mortgage, always patient with our questions and always being sure we understood our options. Phone calls, emails or texts were always answered quickly. each time there was an item on the Veterans United check list of things we needed to respond to they made sure we saw it and followed through. As we were looking for our new home for a long time, they worked with us to keep our pre approval status current with a minimum amount of effort needed on our part. We’re very happy and very lucky we got to work with such a wonderful team from Veteran’s United.

This process seemed to take forever. Communication wasn't the greatest. Pictures we sent were accepted, then were lost, then resent and then not acceptable. We were losing hope near the end of this because it felt like jumping through hoops right until the last moments at the closing which finally happened thank God. Lots of ups and downs through this process.
