Without a doubt they made my process a boatload easier than had I gone with someone else. They both worked with me while I was in another country just to get stuff ready to make it easier when I got back. Big ups to the both of them.
Overall, excellent. Especially for a real estate novice like me. Very attentive staff, they cover every aspect of the process and explain things very well. One issue was a few communication gaps between the real estate agent and the loan officer and the insurance team.
The staff was quick to answer all questions in a timely manner providing excellent service!
