Justin & his team have been the best. This is the second time we have used Justin to purchase a home and I would use him again...absolutely.
Unfortunately there are to many things that went wrong for me to type them all out. In the end I would not recommend and nor will I choose to use Veterans United again in the future.
My only complaint about this whole process is the title company. They caused a major delay and caused us to have to have the pest inspection done twice and pay for it a second time. We did get refunded $129 of $$155 fee that we paid the second time which I’m very thankful for but for something that should have taken a month to six weeks took just a little over three months. Overall, I’m very happy with veterans United and how the whole process went from beginning to close.
Chace, Anthony, Maria, Steph and the whole team were extraordinary. Chace and Anthony communicated with us throughout the entire building process and made our home buying process very smooth. We’re very happy that we chose Veterans United.
