Veterans United is wonderful! Everyone on the team has been wonderful and positive to work with! The dashboard to track progress works flawless and it helps track everything that is needed. That's important because the process of buying a home can be stressful, not with Veterans United!

His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
I’ll just repeat that Jaimie’s outstanding service clinched the deal for VU. From start to finish the process was seamless. Even the closing was unusually quick. Initially I did not enjoy the “personality” VU uses for marketing, but I got used to it. It comes across unserious and unprofessional for a home loan company. I even wondered if it was a scam company, especially since I’d never heard of VU before. But, I did choose VU in the end, and so far I’m happy I did.
Josh and the veterans united team took the time to make sure I understood the entire process and really went above and beyond to help me close on my property. I’m a grateful to have had such a helpful team during my first home buying experience. It meant a lot and it helped me feel more confident about my choice.

We were in dire straights, our home had mold and I am disabled from Iraq. We turned to an internet search and we found Veteran's United.
