Buying my first home was definitely an experience and, more than anything, a major learning process. There were times when I became frustrated and honestly considered walking away from the process, primarily because there were things I simply did not understand as a first-time buyer.What I appreciated was that my lender continued working with me and my realtor to resolve the different issues that came up along the way. The process was much longer and more complicated than I expected, but in the end, I gained knowledge that I can now share with other veterans who may be going through the home-buying process for the first time.I give the lender and the overall experience a 9 out of 10. There is always room for improvement, but I am thankful for the effort, communication, and teamwork that ultimately helped me become a homeowner.

His team understood our situation, attempting to sell in one location and purchase in the next as part of a military transfer, and were able to expeditiously respond to our many concerns along the way in a helpful and confidence-inspiring manner.

Mathew Brilhart and his assistant were awesome.The rest of the organization was the worse I have ever dealt with in my my 30 years of buying homes. Unbelievable horrible to the last minute.
