Veterans United is wonderful! Everyone on the team has been wonderful and positive to work with! The dashboard to track progress works flawless and it helps track everything that is needed. That's important because the process of buying a home can be stressful, not with Veterans United!

I’ll just repeat that Jaimie’s outstanding service clinched the deal for VU. From start to finish the process was seamless. Even the closing was unusually quick. Initially I did not enjoy the “personality” VU uses for marketing, but I got used to it. It comes across unserious and unprofessional for a home loan company. I even wondered if it was a scam company, especially since I’d never heard of VU before. But, I did choose VU in the end, and so far I’m happy I did.
It is obvious that my team really care about their job and the customer. They really go above and beyond to make sure every step was smooth and easy. I always knew what was happening and what to expect. Someone was always available if I had a question. And, they even reach out after closing to see if there is anything I need. Wow! Simply Wow!

I really liked the "one stop shop" that Veterans United provided. They covered every need in buying a new home...real estate agent, inspections, insurance, setting up utilities, etc. This was, by far, the best home buying experience I have ever had!
Great job. I have used y’all multiple times. The only negative was the wire instructions for closing costs were not clear. Other than that, smooth sailing.
