Working with Veterans United was unique in that everything was digital except closing which was done in person. Navigating the digital world was quite challenging for me. But in the end all worked out . I really appreciate the team's effort.


The entire team was great! Punctual, on time, professional, and competent! As a Command Sergeant Major, I have a standard for how people should be treated and how people should be taken care of “ when there’s a follower/leader relationship. Mark and his team were excellent leaders through this entire process! They were not my first choice, but after being ignored and treated less then I expect to be treated by Navy Federal CU, Mark and his team picked up and carried us to the engine quickly, efficiently, and with outstanding dialogue, explanation, and communication. Jaclyn is one of several names to mention on Mark’s team. They were all great, and I’ve already referred them twice and I’ve only been closed on my retirement home for 30 hours. Would give these guys over 10 if I could. Answered calls and emails/ text after duty hours and on the weekends because they wanted to show how much they care. Not alot of people do that in their line of business and they deserve the recognition.

It was amazing. The app made everything very simple. I only had one issue when doing repairs on the house the inspectors instructions were not super clear so had to do somethings twice.

They made the home buying process so incredibly easy. Each person we had to work with along the way was just as great as the last. I love how they worked as one cohesive unit to make sure we had everything we needed.




All members of my loan team were very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Adam Canote and Amanda Leger stand out the most. Both gave me confidence that a on-line only mortgage was a very realistic option. I feel like that many times they were going above the normal standard.
