He was unbiased in every showing he did, he allowed us to look around and answered questions when we asked but never pushy.Our loan coordinator Brendan Lindsay was extraordinary. He pulled every string imaginable to get us the loan we needed to purchase our home. He went out of his way many times to obtain every document needed so that underwriting would approve our loan. He really did make buying a home look too easy.We will be forever grateful for our team at VU ❤️

Overall, our experience with Veterans United was very positive. We did have one thing that didn't go as well as we hoped. We were closing on a sale of a house, buying another and the sellers of the 2nd house were closing on their build all in the same day (waterfall closures). Sale of our home went off no problems, and title agency for home we were buying confirmed funds were wired. It took several hours for Veterans United to fund the purchase of our new home causing us to sit at title agency for several hours which also delayed the third closing.
Buying a home for the first time is a huge decision! It can be nerve wrecking without a supportive and informative team to guide you through the process. I was extremely blessed to have an amazing team of professionals to walk me through this exciting milestone. They were readily available to answer all my questions, and when needed calm my nerves.
Across the board great team. Very knowledgeable and quick to address any concerns or questions. Highly recommend to anyone and especially to those new to the home buying experience.

Eric, listens doesn't try to pressure and understood what we was looking at right now and in the future.
