Kelsey made this process very hard. There were many times that I asked a specific question and she answered in regards to something else. She would make changes and send me screenshots of a document as proof of her change, but if she had scrolled down one more page she would have seen her change was erroneous, but it took me calling her out and showing her the error. I was asked to pay more for an appraisal, however upon my research it was found that wasn't even something myself or the lender could approve it had to come from the VA and would be paid by the seller and that there was an official request form. This is something the lender should have looked into prior to requesting I pay more. I requested an earlier close date and nobody from the team responded to me saying it could happen. The only indication I had that it was happening was because I received a todo to change my HOI effective date. There were times I had uploaded documents and later Kelsey would ask for them and then say she didn't see I had uploaded them. I am not sure if she is new, but it definitely seems like she could use some training and learn to communicate better with the person trying to get the loan.

Veterans United made the things easy, Paul and Mike are very professional they take the time to explain everything in detail, and follow up on every step, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for experienced individuals who actually care for veterans needs.

Everyone at Veterans United did a great job.Nick

Absolutely. The whole team was amazing. They got everything done in record time.

Agents were very friendly and were reachable by phone, text or email to answer questions and keep the process moving ahead.

We couldn't have asked for a better loan team. Stress-free process all the way through.

It cannot be understated how amazing and helpful Sam Brown and C.J. Snook are.I've been with Navy Federal for 13 years. My experience with with them, for some reason, was atrocious. I was pre-approved all the way up to a week before closing and I got a decline and had no communication with my loan officer there. At that point, I reached out to Veterans United and was connected with Sam and C.J. To say it was a night-and-day difference is an absolute understatement.Sam Brown absolutely changed my life and ensured I had the steps laid out in front of me to ensure that I was able to move into my dream home. With a kid on the way and moving states, the stress was high, but Sam kept me on track and was positive through the entire experience.I cannot recommend them enough, and if anyone has any questions about their experience, feel free to reach out to me personally, through any social media or any way you can get a hold of me personally and I'm more than happy to share my full experience.

Connor Brandt and his Team made my home buying and selling process super easy! Clear information and constant updates made this vet very comfortable and confident

Experience first-hand why 372,843 homeowners give us a perfect score!
The entire team was amazing. My twin sister Candse Ausman has already said she will be using Brandon and Lynette for her home. She is currently in a construction loan that is projected to be done by Jan 2027

Tommy was super helpful and really helped ease my anxiety as a first time home buyer!

As a 68 year old Vet having never using my VA loan benefits before, I was a bit skeptical on what to expect...sure glad Bobby Moss answered the phone when I called in. He made the whole experience worry free & walked us through everything. Bobby & his assistant, Jennica, are true professionals & have the perfect personality & temperament to be working with our Veterans...CONGRATS to team Moss/Gomez!!!

Wouldn’t recommend already filled the complaint about loan officer
Response from Veterans United
Hey Jondalar,
I'm sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way. I understand how frustrating it can be when concerns about your loan experience lead to a formal complaint, especially when you don't feel the issues were resolved to your satisfaction.
I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. While I understand you've already spoken with members of our Client Advocate team, feedback like yours is important and helps us better understand where we may have fallen short of the experience we aim to provide.
Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We wish you the very best moving forward.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
