We were told several times….”everything looks good” to be told two days later they needed something else. Originally we were supposed to close the end of the month in June, but it was pushed back to July. We were asked about our HOA- there is not one on June 14….. then on the 29 they started looking for verification.
There were also additional costs that we were not informed at the beginning of the process, such as an appraisal and a bug check. Since there are apparently routine we should have been informed.The notary that came for the signing was the only competent person that we worked with- and she was an outsider person they hired for the signing.

One suggestion I have to bring up. Thank you for the gift that you sent. I really do appreciate it. I would recommend making sure that if you do send gifts to anybody moving forward then you should definitely make sure those gifts are made in America. The gifts that you sent were made in China. That was disappointing to see. Again thank you for all of your help
During PCS and ETSing, Veterans United showed incredible care and support for me every time. I was blown away by how quick and easy they were able to work with and made the entire process smooth. I loved all of the resources they provided and every staff member was awesome to work with. This was an amazing milestone in my life with transitioning out of the Army, and I feel very blessed and thankful to have had the Veterans United Team supporting me.
