From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! They literally took my hand and walked me through each process and explained everything to me every step of the way. No one had an attitude and everyone I encountered wanted the best option for me. I truly felt taken care of.
All went without a hitch until we had a delay and stall with ordering an appraiser and then having one out in time. It made the closing 6 days late due to a holiday. The team was very supportive, helpful, in touch, especially Louie Nieman. But one team member seemed out of touch, off her game, didn't get back with us when we would need answers. We heard from her assistant and she tried hard...sometimes that isn't enough. Don't get this wrong. We are 99% thrilled, grateful, impressed. Veterans United is beyond AMAZING. Every detail is thought of, including pet treats sent to us; utility start up support; support in general, insurance, security. Veterans United is a one shop stop, fabulous!
