As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. All in all me and my wife had a pleasant experience with all parties involved! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. The only reason I couldn't give a perfect 10 was an unexpected and stressful last couple of days for me and my wife during an issue/misunderstanding with the loan and title offices related to depositing our savings to help purchase the home.
