Veterans United is overall pretty great and they make it easy to get them everything they need for a home loan. They only negative I would say is that they assigned me a realtor who reached out and then ghosted me not responding to any texts so I used my own realtor which then led to small differences in what my realtor would tell me vs what veterans united would tell me. I’m sure if you used their assigned realtor and if their assigned realtor wouldn’t ghost you then this would be an even more seamless process.
The whole team was excellent. I wanted to recognize Brittany for her selfless assistance as well. smooth process, every step was explained and simple.
