At a time where my life was in a really difficult place they absolutely made this the least stressful it possibly could’ve been. I am extremely grateful. Kenny and Matt were so kind and Honestly felt like a huge support system for me and my son in a hard time.
Honestly, remove the "super duper secure" line when asking people to verify their identity when using the app... It's embarrassingly childish (at least to me)

Working with Veterans United has been an absolute pleasure. Normally, the home loan and home buying process is complicated, confusing, and overwhelming- especially when buying a home from across the country. However, everyone on the VU team was proactive in reaching out and helping me through the process step by step. They even helped me set up home insurance and services, and my lender came to my home inspection so we could meet in person. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a home- they not only set the bar for lenders.... they exceed it!
I would recommend, There is only 1 issue. it is my understanding the HELOC could have been kept open by filling a form. we where unaware that the HELOC would close, we didnt want it to close. We will work this out with that company. However all things considered, the speed and everything , Nicole was great and I would highly recomend.
Our VU team is exceptional, I felt that they want us to really win. Especially Spencer and Mackenzie who worked and walked us through the whole process. Team work makes the dream work indeed! I am grateful to them for helping us make our dream came true. Now, my little family and I will be making more beautiful memories in our first home!
