This was my second time working with Veterans United—they helped me build my very first home 10 years ago, so I already knew I was in good hands! The real estate agents were friendly, compassionate, and truly cared about us. On top of that, the VU app made the entire process seamless; the to-do lists, document uploads, correspondence, and e-signatures were so easy to navigate. Even with job changes and unexpected delays along the way, we still managed to close within two days of our original closing date. I wouldn't trust anyone else to guide me through this process, and I look forward to working with them again when we purchase our next home!
As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here.
