The loan team did a great job staying in contact with me through the process. Even when we paused for a time and came back to it. They were available by phone and text at all times and were very professional.
It was obvious why they do more volume than their several successive competitors combined. It was very smooth, they got me an amazing rate, and helped with a property that others thought was impossible to acquire.
Getting pre approved was an easy process. We had to get our credit up a bit and they told us exactly what to do and raised our credit very quickly
