Mike Wilson, Patrick Newell, and Caitlin Germany were all outstanding. Everyone was very responsive and informative throughout the whole process. The only hiccup I had was not closing on the original date due to third party appraisal and confusion in wording. That part was a little frustrating but Mike did his best to reassure me that everything would be ok. The only reason this is not a 10 is because of that.
Craig and his team were exceptional getting us the exact parameters we desired for our home loan, even going as far as adjusting terms the final week prior to closing. His team understood our situation, attempting to sell in one location and purchase in the next as part of a military transfer, and were able to expeditiously respond to our many concerns along the way in a helpful and confidence-inspiring manner.

The VA should be allowed to reassign VA appraisal agents when scheduling becomes an issue. We had to keep asking for employment extensions due to the appraiser not being reassigned. I feel that there should be a time line in which an appraiser has to complete the appraisal to allow closing to happen on a certain date. It makes it very frustrating toward the end of everything, even after being approved through underwriting, to have a closing date change multiple times due to one person.
The entire process was amazing! Harry Basnight’s team was on top of everything from start to finish. If I had a question, it was answered. If I had a concern, it was addressed. If there was something I missed, it was brought to my attention.Harry and his team made my wife and me feel completely at ease and helped eliminate a lot of the stress that comes with purchasing a home.
