My file was passed around to many people and nobody fixed the issues after I presented them. I didnt feel appreciated after I closed.

EMAILS: Date Stamp the subject line mm/dd, use as a reference and stay on subject so Notifications, Action items and Status reports can be follow chronologically. Much time is wasted and causes confusion searching through any email over three pages...Hopefully one of the team members could, using AI, create a PERT diagram, a process flow chart for the client to visually see the steps to a successful Escrow.
Otherwise it was an interesting experience successfully navigating the ups and downs, kudos to all.
Jakes team is all about business. Mr. Bellamy is also very professional and quick to work with. The only thing Jakes team can't do is get rid of the nerves buying a home.

From the min we started with veteran united it was flawless and everyone remain communicative walking us through everything step by step.
