From the beginning, communication was clear, responsive, and professional, and we always knew what was needed and where we stood in the process.What impressed me most was how the team handled the challenges that came up right at the finish line. When an unexpected underwriting requirement threatened to delay our closing, Austin stayed engaged, communicated with us directly, and worked with the rest of the team to get everything reviewed and moving again as quickly as possible. We never felt like we were left trying to figure things out on our own.Buying a home is stressful enough, and using a VA loan can add another layer to the process. Austin and the Homefront team made it significantly easier. They were knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and genuinely seemed invested in getting my family into our new home.As a veteran, I especially appreciated working with a team that understood the VA loan process and followed through when it mattered most. I dont belive I know thatveterans united helped me every inch of the way! Scott Woo and his staff are so professional and goal minded plus friendly and always there for me! Talk about a quick process jeeze I found the place on a saturday and less than 3 weeks later I signed for my new home! No hastles just nothing but help all along the way!
