Justin and the team at Veterans United were outstanding from start to finish. 10/10 experience.Justin regularly followed up with us throughout the process, but never in a way that felt pushy or like he was pestering us. He was quick to answer our questions, especially as we worked through the details of our VA home loan, and he made the whole process feel much easier to understand.One thing that really stood out to us was the personal touch. When one home we tried to put an offer on fell through, Justin was genuinely sympathetic and encouraging.
