They helped me stay on top of tasks and this was the fastest I was ever able to get a home loan completed! They even worked so fast we were able to close a week early!!! Working with VU was a great experience, Jake, Kayli and Nacim were awesome. They made the process easy and were very helpful throughout the process and answered every question I had. When I use my VA loan again it will definitely be with VU.
Macenzie was very helpful throughout the process. In fact, during closing there was an issue with the final figures, it was taking two hours, I finally had to make a call to Macenzie to get the problem resolved. She saved the day, I was ready to cancel the deal.
