Yes and this is my personal issues:
1. We dealt with far too many "experts"...so it became challenging to say the least...depending on who we spoke with what was being asked of us.
2. Too many requests for information...it was never laid out what kind of information we would be required to provide...and it (information requirements) kept changing depending on who we spoke to

During my home buying process I personally stumbled due to some personal issues but as I corrected the issues my loan officer Janeanne Stephens there letting me know that when I was ready they’ll be there. When I started the process it took me less than a month from Start to finish. During the process I expressed to my loan officer that I was very excited yet afraid of it being kicked back because of underwriting but she assured me that it was normal to feel that way but it will be okay and it went very smooth, it helped that I responded to every request that my loan officer made by getting them the things that were needed to move forward and because of that it went smooth and fast! The team (Danielle) also made sure they explained every single step and walked me to the finish line. Thank you Veterans United for making this dream come true!
