The purchase of a home can be one of the most stressful event in one’s lifetime. One of the main reasons is you may or may not be kept in the loop so you have to be patient while you are waiting for the process to go through which can make you feel anxious at times. Amazingly this was not the case with Veterans United specifically Lily Farnan and her theme. She kept us in the loop every Step of the way. She let us know what to expect and at the close of the day she would always send an update which was always positive. This made you feel good especially if you’re not sure about what is happening behind the scenes. In addition Veterans United has a very informative website with videos that tells you about the process and what to work on or expect for the next step. The whole team made the pre approval thru home buying process easy and painless. The app is user friendly to upload and sign documents. The included insurance quotes that were embarrassingly cheaper than we were paying previously and for more coverage was huge!

I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural.
