Derek and his team made buying my first home with my VA loan a breeze. They basically walked me through the whole process of pre approval to final purchase. They answered any questions I had no matter if on a weekend or evening. Derek was able to move my closing date up a few days to avoid a severe storm forecasted for our area. I am very pleased with Veterans United. I had heard about them and they were recommended by other veterans on Facebook groups I follow. What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.
