The process was a bit overwhelming to me but Jeremy was very responsive to any questions I had. Even before I found a house he was giving me suggestions to ensure my process would be smooth. Being able to utilize the App for immediate uploading of documents and photos was great. There was alot of follow up with his entire loan team so I was never at any point feel like I did not know what was going on.
