VU had the best interest rate and was the only company that acted like they even cared to have my business. The communication was very easy and it was easy to get a hold of someone if I needed to. Also the amount of resources that were available to me was great.

Fantastic experience. It’s obvious VU takes time to build a team of professionals who truly care. Michelle worked with us for two years which she could’ve easily dismissed us as unqualified and moved on to easier clients. But she didn’t and helped us. The steps that are necessary to accomplish are laid out and clear to the borrower.
Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.
