I would say the loan officers i initially worked with was a very nice person and helped in many ways; however, after that the loan team was all over the place. The closure report was confusing with all the fees, and not to mention the last minute before signing the closing documents, "oh, we forgot, you need to pay for flood insurance before closing"..even though I'm on a 3rd floor condo??? I felt like i was playing "find the peanut under the shell" game because each day was a new find or adventure..I felt like i was being scammed.
They made my first time home buying experience pain free. They helped with any questions I had along the way and explained things I did not know. 10/10 you recommend them to anyone.
