Everything was incredibly easy and smooth. The only thing we had an issue with was that sometimes the paperwork we needed to fill out in order to close needed to be filled out in a timeline that was too short like when my husband was in the field and couldn’t go in and get the paperwork needed. If there was a way to send out the paperwork earlier to give a little more wiggle room that would’ve been great.
Chace, Anthony, Maria, Steph and the whole team were extraordinary. Chace and Anthony communicated with us throughout the entire building process and made our home buying process very smooth. We’re very happy that we chose Veterans United.

Emmett Rogers(Senior Loan Officer) answered every single question, believe me there were alot, and answered the phone every single time I called to ask questions and to let me know where we stood with the proccess. Selina Culp( Senior Loan Coordinator) guided us through the underwriting and getting everything squared away to ensure the loan went through. Nathan Jett with Veterans United Insurance went through mutlitiple companies to ensure us the best rate droppedthe price of our insurance by almost $100 a month. I have never been treated better by a mortgage company in my life. I was helped from the beginning to the end and even after I signed my paperwork. I had someone communicating with me constantly, and nothing fell through the cracks. They even bought me coffee!
