The app and website are extremely user friendly, and someone was always available to help me if I needed it.
Everything from start to finish was very smooth our VU team. Our team reached out to us frequently to keep us updated on the process and let us know when things were needed or if things were moving forward appropriately. Overall we had an amazing experience and are very happy with everything!

I’m very satisfied with Veterans United. Amanda has been and is always polite and helpful. The only problem was with the title company that did the closing. We had to sign the paperwork three times. Other than that Veterans United is a great company to work with.
I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural.
