The real estate agents were friendly, compassionate, and truly cared about us. On top of that, the VU app made the entire process seamless; the to-do lists, document uploads, correspondence, and e-signatures were so easy to navigate. Even with job changes and unexpected delays along the way, we still managed to close within two days of our original closing date. I wouldn't trust anyone else to guide me through this process, and I look forward to working with them again when we purchase our next home!

Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.

Our loan officer needs a raise! What an awesome experience we had dealing with Bryan Walther. I never waited more than 12 hours for a response to a voicemail. Had long conversations explaining steps and answering questions long after normal business hours.
