We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Veterans United Home Loans from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we expected the process to be stressful and confusing, but they made everything smooth, fast, and incredibly organized.The communication was top-notch the entire way through. We always had someone available to answer questions, explain the next steps, and keep us updated. It never felt like we were left wondering what was going on. Every person we worked with was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us succeed.What impressed us most was how efficiently they handled everything. Not only did they keep the process moving, they actually got us to closing THREE WEEKS EARLY. That kind of dedication and teamwork is hard to find.If you’re looking for a lender that communicates well, works quickly, and truly supports veterans and homebuyers throughout the entire process, we cannot recommend Veterans United highly enough. They exceeded every expectation we had.

Great rates! My closing company said my rate was the lowest they had seen. Very friendly and courteous staff. Although I didn’t really need it, the concierge service is great to offer as well to help with finding local utilities and services. My loan officer Dustin kept me informed and was always available and quick to return calls.
The “To Do” list is easy to use to upload documents.
Would highly recommend.

The realtors given by Veterans United were both bad communicators: one left the state while I was buying a house and stopped communicating, and the other made schedules and appointments without my knowledge or consent. The final real estate agent, Mrs. Kim Winters was very helpful.My loan coordinator was very helpful, but I did not hear from them for weeks in the beginning until it was close to closing on a house.The most helpful person was Missy, the person that helped me with setting up my utilities, mail and Internet, because she got me connected to people when she checked in.It was a very stressful time buying and selling a house. And unfortunately, I did not feel taken care of, or felt like anything was made easy by working with Veterans United. I will not be moving with Veterans United again.
