Andrea Rice and Shelbi Kinney were able to pull off a seemingly impossible dream for my family. My credit history was less than ideal, and even though there was a great deal of manual underwriting required to get us to closing table, they did it in 27 days! They were very communicative and transparent through the whole process. When Shelbi called to give me the clear to close, she was literally crying because she was so happy.
