Honestly I was worried going into the process as a first time buyer but everyone was so helpful through it all! Schandler and Rachel were super helpful through the process and were always honest with me about everything. I hade a tight deadline I had to be at and they 100% pulled through for me. And thank you so much to the people I didnt get to talk to that helped with the loan it means the world to me and my family that I can finally give my kids the stability Ive always wanted them to have. I will never forget what yall have done for me.

In terms of a loan officer and his team, I hold them in the highest regard, and am grateful that I was able to work with them. In the future, should we need another home loan, we'll go through VU because of Ben Choi and his team. Top rating!
There's just SO much that I can put here... from Jon Abernathy, Beau Roberts, and Kimberly Moravec, up to and including Matthew Fitzgerald... I just don't have the vocabulary to THANK EVERYONE enough. The way Laura & I were treated... ALWAYS in a kind, and timely manner. That meant a LOT to me. With THAT as the forethought of the whole process (and throughout!) it made the process SO relaxing. YES... there was bumps in the road, but everyone listed above helped us get painstakingly through them!
