

Wow I dont know where to begin, Veteran United has been a life changing experince for me and my Family. I got very lucky in my Opinon to have Yoel Stefano as my Loan Coordinator. My circumstances to close were challenging but Yoel kept me motivated n inspired n showed me realistic path ways to closing. It took a special type of character n experince to see me through this process, Yoel wanted me to be successful just as much as I wanted to be hence he gave my file the care and attention needed to get me to the finish line. I couldnt be more happier with life right now thanks to the determination of Veteran Uniteds team of dedicated staff. My loan team was incredible in every way! I have to say Kat was on top of everything and I enjoyed working side by side with her! I also want to give a shout out to Megan as well her and Kat were great together and we were sad she left the team, but happy she got a promotion she deserved. This is my second home I’ve bought with veterans united and my team was great. I had issues with the well inspection. It was extremely frustrating and they knew I have PTSD and they were extremely sensitive to my emotions and kept me focused.

The loan process went incredibly fast. Veterans United was able to do what other banks couldn't do for different buyers.

This last time was not at all a Streamline.Refinance. it took six or seven weeks instead of the usual two or three with no explanation. We kept having to esign documents that had inaccurate numbers for absolutely no reason. This type of transaction should not have cost me over $11K. I was very disappointed this time but will give them another chance in the future because of the past treatment, and they also have taken great care of my daughter, who is in the coast.Guard. Definitely recommend.
