This is my third home loan through Veterans United. The team I've worked with has been outstanding every time. They make the process very simple with the To Do check list and document upload page. They were always quick to respond with answers to questions.

Our original experience with VU was exceptional. We felt the refinance started out the same way, but kind of fell off. We were originally told our loan would close in 10 days, we finally closed with only days to spare.
Communication during the refinance was not as dynamic as before. We just felt "forgtte" once the process began, maybe we just fell through the cracks.

They were both so professional and gave easy instructions on all forms needed, by giving us a checklist. They were great at answering any questions that we had.
