Steve was fantastic to work with throughout our refinance process. He originally helped guide us through the process when we were planning to purchase our home, but due to lender issues outside of his control we had to postpone and come back about six months later. When we finally returned to refinance, Steve picked right back up.What really stood out to me was how available he made himself. Even when he was on vacation or away from the office, something I absolutely would not expect, he still took the time to answer questions and resolve issues. Our experience with Veterans United home loans has been great. I recall when I ask Matt if we could qualify for a larger amount due to homes being taken in a rather quick manner. Matt was eager to assist us and I qualified for the amount needed. As a veteran I would just like to say "thank you" for everything you've done for us. I went into this process not knowing and not having any experience with VA loans. The way Janet Bowe and Tommy Purk guided me, explained everything to me was very appreciated. They relaxed any type of anxiety I had which made this a very pleasant experience.
Tim and his team did everything right from the first time I called his office till the last. This was my 1st home purchase and I've heard rhe horror stories of how rhe VA Loan process (or any home loan purchase) was terrible, the worst type of nightmare, etc and so on. Yim and his team not only made me feel like I was Family, but that they were truly there with me every step of the way. There were a couple of overwhelming moments, but Tim cal Ed me down and explained everything clearly and intelligently. He and his team made this Nightmare a perfectly peaceful dream. I appreciate everything he and his team did for me and I would buy another home tomorrow if I could have Tim handle it with me.
