Probably the best people I've worked with so far. Great customer service and very understanding and knowledgeable. If I didn't know something I was comfortable enough to ask them questions and they really walked me through the whole process and made it easy to understand!
Lisa and Melissa was fantastic. They always respond quickly, nice, friendly and helpful. The reason I gave 7 out of 10 is the final step where we need to have the final number to transfer money to the title company was delay. I have to keep following up and we didn’t know until afternoon of the day before closing.
