My team never pushed me to rush through anything, and always asked if I ever felt rushed they could slow down. Always explained everything so there was no confusion. And they answered every question I had. If there was anything they didn't know they would look up information before answering to not get it wrong.
It was a challenge going thru the loan process with Veterans United. But, well worth the experience. The loan officers ( Kimberly and Amber) assigned to me made a complicated process seem like a walk in the park. LOL! There was tons of paperwork to docu-sign and a mountain of documents needed to prove who I was and inspections on my future home to assure the homes' safety and worth. In the end, I was approved for my dream home with an awesome 3.5% interest rate. Their assistance didn't end there. They made sure my dream home would not make me house-poor by keeping my debt-to-income ratio in line. I had to be debt-free (including credit cards) to make the numbers even out.
The team did an excellent job from day one to closing, their tireless effort led to a smooth process and seamless closing. I appreciate their readiness to handle every need and quickly resolve any task and complete it to the fullest. Always a pleasure working with Adam and Levi!

The team at Veterans United literally saved my life. I was stuck in a mold infested rental home and the landlord absolutely refused to address the issue, even though my health was noticeably deteriorating as a result. After living out that true rental nightmare, I decided that it was time to buy my first house and I truly do not think that I could’ve done it without them. Everyone on the team was completely on their game and I was able to close on a wonderful home only 33 days after initially contacting them. I swear it’s like they wouldn’t rest until I was safe in a new home. Everyone was so attentive and available whenever I needed them. Being a homeowner was not a part of my plan for the year, but they helped me figure it out logistically and financially despite my lack of preparation.
