Brad hoelfelman and Melissa logston are 2 of the most professional people i have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They handled my loan as it was there own. They made themselves available 24/7 and always had the correct answers to my many questions. They are an asset to veterans united home loans.
Need to work on communicatios with customer
When we first met Travis Ward, he was just a loan officer. After a few months of interaction with Travis, he became our trusted friend. Travis is warm and articulates. He knows his product very well. He took his time to explain all of our questions within 24 hours. Besides those outstanding attributes, what stand out the most about Travis are he is very patient and his ability to listen to our questions/concerns, he waited for us to finish our questions completely before he responds. Travis never once (never) jumped in the middle of our sentences. We would definitely refer him to our friends and family members for VA home loan. It would be a mistake should Veterans United not to retain his service nor inadequately compensate base on his outstanding skills, personal and professionalism!! Scott & Courtney were amazing! This was my first home buying experience and not even the home buying classes could ever fully prepare you for this but Scott & Courtney took extremely great care of me! They communicated EVERY step and listened to me and addressed ALL of my concerns. I experienced a moment of doubt and they pretty much assured me I had nothing to worry about. I was never ignored, rushed, mislead, Etc.. A honest hardworking team to get you to a clear to close and I have extremely grateful for them! Love the amount of help and reassurance I received while buying my family their first home! The connections with everyone at first was really overwhelming but everyone on the team has bee nothing but helpful and so patient with us making sure we were able to move into our home without issues.

The team text made it easy to get answers within a very reasonable timeframe. I also noticed the process was being closely monitored the entire way through. It gave a more secure feeling.
