Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
Kevin and his team at Veterans United made a stressful process so much easier. Life got hectic on my end during the loan process, and there were stretches where I wasn’t the most responsive — but Kevin and his team were patient and never made me feel rushed or judged for it. Whenever I did reach out, no matter how big or small the question, Kevin was quick to respond and took the time to actually explain things, which eased a lot of the anxiety I had going into a VA loan for the first time. I was referred to him and it’s easy to see why — he’s the kind of loan officer you want in your corner. Highly recommend.

Michael reached out to me right after I created a Veterans United account and helped us throughout our first home buying experience..There was a period of time that he went on vacation and let me know beforehand, but he continued to check up on us and ensured the electronic paperwork was being tracked. He was never pushy, was patient as we were initially looking from out of state and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was also great at reminding me what I need to do through the process without being overbearing. veterans united made it so easy to get insurance and get connected with the utility providers. They also paid for my appraisal and had options to connect me with everyone I would need throughout the whole home buying process.

Our experience with Tommy Purk was nothing short of fantastic. My fiancé and I cannot fully begin to express our gratitude for his and Thomas Sutton’s services. Tommy and Thomas managed to exceed all of our expectations and are truly rare gems in this field. It’s not often that you work with a loan team only to feel like great friends by the end of it.
One of Tommy’s absolute standout qualities is his ability to problem-solve. He quickly and creatively addressed several unavoidable setbacks during our home-buying process. Overall, the process was very smooth. I felt well guided through all the processes as I was a first time homebuyer. Everything was explained in an understandable way, and I felt well taken care of.
