These folks did a solid job. My buying situation had a small hoard of problems, but all I really had to do was wait for an email saying "sign here please." If you are a first time buyer, they will take care of you right proper.

He single-handedly restored my faith in the process. I knew I would go with Veterans United after conversing with him for a while. I cannot stress how important having someone that could understand my background and experiences. He was always there for me, and could understand when PTSD or Anxiety was flaring for me, which helped immeasurably. The services and straight forward systems in place made this process go extremely smooth. Rachel was great to work with, and I was made to feel cared for as a person and a veteran. Very communicative and responsive! I never had a question go unanswered. As a first time home buyer I didn't understand much of the process but they made sure to explain everything and make sure we knew what was going on. Highly recommend!

I've owned 2 prior homes and the purchase of this one was absolutely amazing. I've had my VA benefits for years and was previously discouraged from using them by both realtors and mortgage brokers. Veterans United approached to your home purchase is like a military operation. Justin, Julie, Tucker, John and a host of others work together to coordinate your purchase with complete transparency. This is a 5 ⭐️...10 plus lender that comes highly recommended.
Overall the help that the Veterans United team provided was way more than I asked. Every time I asked for something, I got the answers that helped me understand my loan and they would reply back to my texts and email in short time.

Gabriel and Maureen were AWESOME!! I had a trickier situation than most and we all worked together to get to the finish line and I HAVE A NEW HOUSE!! My questions were answered promptly and all requests for information were explained in detail as to What and Why it was needed. CONSTANT COMMUNICATION was phenomenal!
We’ll be looking elsewhere for future loans. Biggest regret is not shopping around for lenders longer.

Veterans United is by far the best loan company out there. Everything is cut and dry, very clear, and easy. Never had to go out of my for anything!
