As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. Josh and team were fantastic. Great to talk to but even better because I rarely had to!I had the unique experience of closing on 2 different properties through 2 different lenders on the same day and the experiences couldn't be more different. VUs lender closing package was 70 pgs with no errors or extras vs the other lenders with 113 pages and lots of errors. VU seems to understand how to do assumptions on VA loans very well and had no issues. Closed in ~20 days. Thanks for a great experience.

Was a very smooth process from start to finish. Josh was always available and able to answers questions. Our selling process on our current home was terrible so for our other half of the process buying a new house was awesome to have Josh make it so smooth. He was up for any challenge we gave him thru the process due to the back end of selling our home. I would definitely recommend veterans united to anyone as well as Josh!
