Kyle was absolutely amazing! He reached out to me promptly and guided me through the whole process making something that seemed very daunting, seamless. He was always available to answer all of my questions and reassure me when needed. He also ensured his team was there to support me with the whole process. Could not recommend more. Working with Mrs Dusenberry and her team was a dream come true! They handled every step of the way and we never felt in the dark. I would say that I would probably recommend Veterans United as a whole but not specifically the loan officers that were over my loan. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had on a professional level.
