Kevin and his team at Veterans United made a stressful process so much easier. Life got hectic on my end during the loan process, and there were stretches where I wasn’t the most responsive — but Kevin and his team were patient and never made me feel rushed or judged for it. Whenever I did reach out, no matter how big or small the question, Kevin was quick to respond and took the time to actually explain things, which eased a lot of the anxiety I had going into a VA loan for the first time. I was referred to him and it’s easy to see why — he’s the kind of loan officer you want in your corner. Highly recommend.

Michael reached out to me right after I created a Veterans United account and helped us throughout our first home buying experience..There was a period of time that he went on vacation and let me know beforehand, but he continued to check up on us and ensured the electronic paperwork was being tracked. He was never pushy, was patient as we were initially looking from out of state and I cannot say enough good things about him.
