Since the beginning till the very last day of the process, veterans united was very supportive and informative. The team assigned to me made everything smooth and easy to navigate. While I have been very pleased with the level of service provided, I have observed that current market rates for comparable profiles appear more competitive elsewhere. Consequently, I believe it would be financially prudent for me to explore alternative financing options to ensure I am securing the most economical rate.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
Alex Dickherber was always on top of everything. No surprises! It was a long process for me but Alex checked in with on a routine basis.
