Shelon Turek and his team were phenomenal! They were available to answer any questions all throughout the process. Anything that I was uncomfortable with or needed assistance with was met with patience, knowledge, and understanding.
Luke Whaley and Anna Denietolis were outstanding as we were purchasing our home. We were reccommeded to Veterans United by a friend, and I personally recommended a young lady to Veterans United yesterday who is interested in the Lighthouse program.
They were great on top of things and Derek was very knowledgeable and took time to call back and answer my questions.
They asked for the same information over and over again causing extreme stress to an already stressful process. Some of the staff supporting us were very helpful, others would not return our calls and appeared to be very disorganized. This led to our having little confidence in the organization.If we had any choice, I would have changed lenders, but we would have lost the house we were trying to purchase, so we were stuck
