Buying my very first home, I was a bit worried of hidden costs, a tedious process and fine print. However, Zach and his team were absolutely amazing. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, stress-free and easy going. Honestly, didn't even feel like I was buying something as big as a home... Zach made it feel like just another day. With constant communication, an easy to use website that outlined everything that was needed from me, and a group text message that connected Zach's entire team with me (my favorite part) made getting quick responses, no matter what question I had or what time I asked, easy. The text messages were truly the best since I tend to over think and worry, so having such a transparent group answer everything on the spot eliminated all my concerns. Everything I was told by Zach in the beginning, the information, costs and what to expect was exactly what I got at the end when I signed everything.Would absolutely recommend Veterans United to any of my friends looking to buy their first home.

100% honesty? I've always been against loans and credit but with the economy today, there's no getting around either when you want to buy/invest in a home. Veterans United made getting a loan easy and they helped me every step of the way and beyond. As a first time homebuyer the process of searching for a home and using my VA loan was very daunting. Even with friends and family offering advice it felt as though my spouse and I were alone in our efforts. The second Veterans United got involved everything changed, everyone from our agent to the branch manager was extremely helpful and friendly.
Veterans United Home Loans is an amazing company to assist Veterans like myself in this home buying process. My husband and I have been told that we will not be in a position to purchase a home for a long time by several other home loan programs. We were so discouraged and thought that we will have to rent homes forever. The first time I had contact with Shannon in the Lighthouse Program, I felt a sense of support immediately. Shannon was able to assist us in creating a plan over a 12 month period to move us towards home ownership. Once we were in a position to qualify for a loan, Shannon immediately connected us to a local office to start the process of buying a home. We were able to secure a preapproval in about 2 weeks. Rebekah Emerick was able to assist us in purchasing our first home in about a 60 day time period. The process was surprising painless, and I know that it was all because Rebekah and her team worked extremely hard to make our dreams come true.
