This was my 7th purchase of a home in my 73 years, and by far the easiest process. Ryan's knowledge of what would benefit me the most is rare to find in your industry, and I think he would be a great individual to consider teaching other up and coming loan officers within the industry, just a thought from an old man who taught others how to sell for over 25 years. I wish your company the best and should Ryan become the president of your company in the future, I would not be surprised.
If you are a veteran and considering whether or not to buy a home now, it is the time and Veterans United is the source. They provided all the help this old soldier needed when starting the lending process, then was able to connect me to an outstanding real estate agent. The home I picked is lovely and closing was a breeze. Anyone else who goes through the process and stays within the guidelines will get lots of help. I particularly enjoyed some of the videos on the website which helped during the various stages of the process, especially when it came to closing. These people will work with you and make it work for you.

The process for transmitting documents is seamless. A very easy process. If they need you to look at your to do list they email and call you to give you additional clarification of what is needed. They keep you inform of next steps at all times.
