Working with Veterans United on the mortgage for my new home was pain free. I was kept apprised every step of the way. They let me know what they needed and in some cases where to find the info on the VA site.
I felt like I was part of the team always. They were responsive to my needs and reassured me that everything was on tract. I especially enjoyed working with Grace my personal concierge, who was available to me for all the non technical parts, but she was very helpful pointing me to additional resources.

The moving team prepared me for my utilities & entertainment. They were always pleasant to talk with. I recommend you use their services. I really enjoyed the video Jess sent me letting me know I have the final approval & clear to close. It was nice seeing a live face. lol! The team assisted me as well. They were all amazing!
