Commutation was an issue I’m sure the team was busy but if I’m told I’ll get an answer or call from someone or at some time and there is no follow threw it does not give me a positive feeling. Three was a lot of extra in my case that the team had not delt with before, so I’ll give a rate I feel is fair.

My advice to other veterans, if your credit is holding you back, they will work with you to repair it.
