The whole process was easy and Charlotte kept me well informed. This is our 4th house and Veterans United was the easiest company to work with!
This is our second time using VU and as always, they did a great job considering the circumstances we were in. We did a remote buy, which basically was buying a home from one location while the home is in another state. The process was almost seamless, I think there were just communication issues that became muddled and with 3 different people calling us from the company, it became confusing. So really, it was great overall, just some room for improvement is always needed.
Eric was the best! Made the process as quick and easy as possible!

I don't know what her trajectory is at the Company, but she should absolutely be advanced as she understands the intricacies surrounding financing. She is a true expert. 10/10 recommend
