When this journey first began I knew very little about buying a home and had very little expectations. Now I've learned quite a bit more but I don't think that I would be eager to embark on this journey again. No matter how great my team was.

I'm very grateful for all of the insight and support I've received.

Overall communication was strained. Hard to get a hold of anyone. Buying a home can be stressful and it didn’t feel like this team cared about me or the process. I felt like an inconvenience to them.

Justin and his team were AMAZING!!! They helped me through the whole process with ease. Tayla was one of his team members that went above and beyond with our needs, making the whole process a breeze! I couldn’t have asked for a better team to walk me through my first time buying a home!!!

Everyone on the Veterans United loan team was absolutely fabulous with the exception of the actual loan officer. My wife and I are a team and it was frustrating that he would not respond to us in group chats or to our shared email. Made us feel uncomfortable and unsupported.

This team actually helped me twice in about six months. The first time didn’t work out due to things found during the inspection. Amy continued to check on us to let us know the team was there when we needed them. When we found something, they were ready. Great communication, nice people, and we achieved the goal. I am very thankful for them!
