The VU team we worked with, Doug and Dawn, were amazing! They made the whole home buying process so easy. Dawn held my hand through all the nervousness and meltdowns!! I recommend VU very highly and can’t say enough good things about them!!
It was a wild beginning. Evan helped us tremendously though. Any time there was a question or issue he got right on it! My wife and I are extremely thankful and will be giving out Evan Campbell's info out to all of our Veteran friends and he will be our first call when rates drop again!!!
I wish I used Veterans United for every home we've purchased. I will highly recommend them to everyone and use them again if I sell/buy in the future.
Drew was amazing! He listened to us when we needed him to and explained things clearly when everything was happening fast and becoming overwhelming! The only thing that I would make as a suggestion is that Veterans United look into some kind of First-time home buyers program so that Veterans and their families can have the opportunity to understand more of how the process works, what is going to be needed/expected from them during the entire process, and what the current VA rules are. I think this would greatly benefit your veterans, specifically those with PTSD.
