Our credit union, who specializes in serving active duty service members and veterans, told us they couldn’t help us refinance our mortgage. Veterans United helped us close on an IRRRL refinance 7 weeks after our first phone call, which included the Christmas/New Year holidays. They contacted us regularly with status updates, so we were never left wondering how things were progressing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It really was an A+ experience.

United Veterans took the guess work out of my refinance. I was also notified by United Veterans that I could get a better interest rate. Without them, I would of never known.

Everyone on the team was absolutely amazing to work with. Although a special shout out to Aaron Guinn. He really walked me through the process, made sure I understood what everything was, what kind of timeline was happening, and was an impromptu therapist when I had anxiety about the whole process. If I ever decided to buy another house (not likely, this one is perfect), I would only want to work with the same team again.

Would of liked to have more fluent communication about my options with my lending.

I trust that all the folks here at Veterans untied is and will be as great to helping veterans purchase a home as my team was! My coworkers and friends told me an unimaginable amount of horror stories about their experience buying a home with an outside source! But I was glad to tell them all repeatedly. I'm going thought Veterans United. I haven't experience those same problems. The most amazing thing that happened throughout this process was receiving money back during closing!!!
